Termotecnica Pericoli continues to strengthen its international structure and consolidate its overseas subsidiaries. The year 2026 begins with a strategic update for Pericoli Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd, the Malaysian branch that has long served as a key production and commercial hub for the Group.

Starting in 2026, Carmelo Ferlito has been appointed Managing Director of Pericoli Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd. In addition to this role, he will also oversee the functions of Head of Finance and Head of Sales. This appointment reflects a clear strategic direction, aimed at reinforcing integrated governance, financial solidity, and commercial development across the Asia-Pacific region.

"Carmelo

Carmelo Ferlito is a highly experienced manager, already known within Termotecnica Pericoli and widely recognised across the industry. His professional background is the result of more than twenty years of international experience, gained in complex and highly competitive industrial environments.

For many years, he held senior management positions at Petersime Southeast Asia, a global reference company in the sector, where he operated in a role comparable to the one he now assumes at Pericoli Asia Pacific. This experience allowed him to develop strong expertise in general management, finance, and sales, as well as a deep understanding of the dynamics of Asian markets.

Ferlito has lived and worked in Asia for a long time, acquiring first-hand knowledge of the region, its markets, industrial cultures, and business decision-making processes. This background represents a concrete asset to support the growth of the Malaysian branch and to further strengthen Termotecnica Pericoli’s presence across Asian and Indian markets.

A key element of this appointment is that Carmelo Ferlito is Italian. This choice confirms Termotecnica Pericoli’s commitment to maintaining an Italian-driven managerial vision at the top of its international operations, combining global expertise with the company’s core values, culture, and industrial approach.

This appointment is not an isolated development. The organisational evolution of Pericoli Asia Pacific is part of a broader growth and consolidation strategy for the Group. Further announcements are expected in the near future, both regarding Pericoli Asia Pacific and at a global level, confirming Termotecnica Pericoli’s long-term commitment to structured growth, leadership development, and international expansion.

With this new organisational setup, Termotecnica Pericoli reinforces the strategic role of the Asia-Pacific area and continues to invest in people, leadership and long-term vision to face future challenges with confidence and consistency.
