He will be responsible for the restructuring and coordination of the company\u2019s sales department based in the Italian Headquarters.<\/p>\n<p>Fabrizio does not require much introduction as he has been with the company since 1994, (20 years) in various functions and operations, including a previous period in sales. More recently he headed up the production department in addition to the management of the Quality program. He thus brings a great deal of knowledge and experience to the position from every facet of the business.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSince the opening of the two branch operations in Asia and more recently in the Americas, we are reorganizing our sales network.
