From the first contact through the sales and after sales process the customer is never left with the feeling of being alone. This is due to the fact that the “Pericoli TEAM” is well qualified at the time of being hired and the company has an ongoing commitment to internal training in all aspects of current and new products. This was stressed by Mr. Alexandro Bessone – TP sales manager –who played a key role instruction during the recent training week held in the company’s facilities in Albenga during October for both new recruits and some familiar faces in the company. The course material tackled many topics relating to the optimum use of the company product range in different application fields, to appropriate and effective support to distributors and clients, from the equipment dimensioning in the various geographic areas and conditions to the types of structures etc.
In addition, the installation techniques, layouts, use and maintenance of the items to optimize the equipment and its performance were covered. Furthermore, there was a valuable input in the sharing of field experiences between the attendees, with two advantages: one to assist and drive the continuous improvement of the product ranges and secondly a valuable asset to all TEAM members in terms of exposure to applications outside of their own experiences and thus broaden their knowledge to assist the clients face all challenges.The training was held in two different phases: the first one was theoretical in the dedicated training room and the second one of a practical nature and took place in the factory directly with the products. At the end of the course, participation certificates were given to all attendees in demonstration of the commitment in sharing and learning necessary information and skills to guarantee a premium quality service.
