IPPE 2015 – Atlanta

19/03/2015

The IPPE Show in Atlanta GA (USA) remains the most important poultry sector show for the North and Latin American markets, the recent 2015 event was a resounding success for Termotecnica Pericoli and our newly established subsidiary Pericoli Centro America S.A. de C.V.
There was a great deal of interest shown in both the fact that the company now had a permanent presence in these key growing markets as well as in the extensive product line. A number of significant discussion took place with potential distributors in the Latin American markets with several follow up meetings schedule immediately following the show.
Mr. Peter Acutt – Director Pericoli Centro America commented that “This has reinforced the company’s strategy on how important it is to have a permanent presence in any market if a company is expected to grow. As much as the world has globalized and the internet plays a more and more significant role, customers still want to see people and to have human interaction, service and support local in their own language, culture and normal business hours.”
Another key factor in the company’s strategy for this region is the Americanization of the product line to be compatible with all the local norms, specifications and standards.  The first product to undergo this transformation the ADF53 (Circulation fan focused on the Dairy Sector) has been very well received.  The most recent introduction – focused on at the IPPE Show – was the new ACF 21 and 26 circulation fans with application in all sectors.  They have recently been independently performance certified at BESS Lab, in the USA and are now placed in the top 5% of all similar design and capacity competitive products.  A testament to some of the unique and innovative design and engineering emanating from the company’s R&D department.  The remainder of the product line is currently undergoing similar review to meet both EU efficiency directives and USA Energy rebate standards.
Mr. Mauro Pericoli – Director Termotecnica Pericoli (Italy) was pleased with the progress and is looking forward to the future and the realization of their goals and objectives for this region.
